Carol's role at Dutchman is multi-faceted. As operations manager, she handles personnel, human resources and hiring. On the transaction side, Carol is the right hand woman for Dee Bax.

With 10 years industry experience, Carol understands the importance of communication. She guides clients to a closing through the back and forth process whether is it over 3 months or 2 years, making it easy and understandable for clients.

The challenge of bringing contracts to close is a motivator for Carol. She enjoys coming up with creative solutions to meet clients' different wants and needs. According to Carol, she's learned from the master (Dee), allowing her to do what it takes to get the job done.

With a background in real estate education and training, Carol takes a leadership role in the office environment. She believes the role of the support staff is to maintain Dutchman's reputation for superb customer service by giving clients 'red carpet treatment.'
